Over the course of his career, Satyajit has served in several senior leadership positions, including Founder-CEO, Chief Digital Officer, President and Company Director across multiple IT services organisations. He has successfully led business transformation initiatives, built technology services companies, managed large-scale P&L responsibilities and developed high-performance sales and delivery organisations.

Supriyo Bandyopadhyay brings over three decades of rich experience in financial leadership, strategic management and business transformation across FMCG, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Steel and Industrial Engineering. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA, USA), he has held senior leadership and CFO positions with reputed organisations including Hamilton Housewares, B. Braun, Cadbury, Tata Steel and Ingersoll Rand.

Throughout his corporate career, he has played a significant role in driving business growth, improving profitability, leading mergers and acquisitions, executing business turnarounds and strengthening financial structures. His expertise encompasses strategic financial planning, fund raising, working capital optimisation, treasury management, taxation, corporate governance, legal compliance and risk management.

Rashi Chakraborty

Rashi Chakraborty holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing Management. She combines a strong foundation in communication and creative thinking with an emerging understanding of strategic marketing and brand development.

Her practical experience includes projects involving marketing strategy, event management and real estate retail marketing, with a focus on brand engagement, customer experience and innovative marketing initiatives.

Over his professional journey, he has led business operations, built high-performing teams, driven revenue growth and developed enduring relationships with strategic customers.

His entrepreneurial experience has further strengthened his understanding of business strategy, organisational governance, resilience and sustainable growth. A graduate of the University of Mumbai, Gautam has also pursued programmes in Introduction to Psychology from Yale University and Inspiring and Motivating Individuals from the University of Michigan. He is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), reflecting his commitment to leadership development and people empowerment.
